摘要
当前γ-丁内酯的市场日新月异,人们对γ-丁内酯品质的要求也越来越高.而在γ-丁内酯品质的控制上,精馏无疑是非常重要的一环.精馏过程直接影响着γ-丁内酯的质量,然而在现实生产中,因为一些原因(如设备的设计不能满足使用要求、现场条件无法达到要求等),会导致γ-丁内酯在精馏时遇到许许多多的问题,导致精馏不合格影响产品质量,进而对企业的效益造成影响.因此想办法提高γ-丁内酯的精馏质量,是一件非常重要的事情.
Abstract
The market for γ-butyrolactone is rapidly evolving,and the demand for high-quality γ-butyrolactone is increasing.Distillation plays a crucial role in controlling the quality of γ-butyrolactone.The distillation process directly affects the quality of γ-butyrolactone.However,in practical production,various issues arise during distillation due to reasons such as equipment design not meeting requirements and inadequate on-site conditions.These issues result in substandard distillation,which negatively impacts product quality and ultimately affects the profitability of the enterprise.Therefore,finding ways to improve the distillation quality of γ-butyrolactone is of great importance.
