摘要
精馏塔内件的安装质量不仅会影响塔设备的性能从而影响产品质量,还会对塔使用寿命的长短造成影响.以精馏塔内件中典型代表规整填料和浮阀塔盘的安装,对安装全过程的重点环节进行研究,并着重探讨安装过程中质量控制措施和要点.
Abstract
The installation quality of distillation column and internals not only affects the performance of the tower equipment and product quality,but also has an impact on the length of the tower's service life.The installation of typical representative regular fillers and floating valve trays in the distillation tower's internal components is studied,focusing on the key links of the entire installation process and exploring quality control measures and key points during the installation process.
