摘要
文章以某液氨储罐区项目为例,针对Q345R、16Mn类型的储罐,从温度、压力各方面进行参数设计,给出了液氨储罐布设方法:明确防火间距、设立防火堤、消防设计;梳理了管道安全设计方法:合理选择液氨管材,规范进行配件、阀门的选用,保冷设计等,以此有效控制液氨事故,保证企业安全运行.在液氨储罐各项设计中,应以安全生产为目标,减少组件损耗,提高配件、阀门等设计的适用性,以此保证液氨储罐应用的安全性.
Abstract
Taking the project of a liquid ammonia storage tank area as an example,this paper designs the parameters of Q345R and 16Mn storage tanks from the aspects of temperature and pressure,the layout methods of liquid ammonia tank are given,such as defining the fire distance,setting up fire dike and fire protection design,combing the safety design methods of pipeline,reasonably selecting liquid ammonia pipe materials,and standardizing the selection of fittings and valves,cooling design,so as to effectively control the accident of liquid ammonia,to ensure the safe operation of enterprises.In the design of liquid ammonia tank,the aim should be safety production,reduce component loss,improve the applicability of accessories,valves and so on,so as to ensure the safety of application of liquid ammonia tank.
