摘要
由于LNG易燃易爆的特性,在生产过程中如果发生泄漏或出现火灾,将对人身和环境造成巨大危害.在LNG建造阶段配置火气探测报警系统,可有效减少后期事故的发生.文章结合海油工程承揽的北极地区LNG工艺模块项目,通过介绍了火气系统的结构及组成,分析火气系统施工工作流程,总结火气系统施工工作中的重点,为后续LNG工艺模块建造阶段火气系统的施工提供相应借鉴.
Abstract
Due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of LNG,if there is a leak or fire in the production process,it will cause great harm to people and the environment.Configuring a fire and gas detection and alarm system during the LNG construction phase can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents in the later stages.This article combines the Arctic LNG process module project contracted by COOEC Engineering,introduces the structure and composition of the fire and gas system,analyzes the construction workflow of the fire and gas system,summarizes the key points in the construction work of the fire and gas system,and provides corresponding reference for the construction of the fire and gas system in the subsequent LNG process module construction stage.
