Structural Optimization Design Analysis of Offshore Platform Vibration Equipment
There are many vibration equipment on offshore platforms,such as compressors,pumps,etc.The reciprocating motion of the internal rotors of these equipment causes high-frequency vibration,which affects the stability of the platform structure and members.Long term vibration causes fatigue of the platform structure.At the same time,equipment vibration generates noise and vibration,which also seriously affects the physical and mental health of personnel on the platform.This paper is based on a platform in Bohai,and the relevant data is sourced from this platform.By studying the vibration response of the platform under the action of a compressor,the impact of compressor vibration on the platform is studied,and the structural design of the area is optimized.
