摘要
化工行业具有高危行业和社会影响面广的特性,为适应化工行业安全监管力度日益严格和企业追求本质安全的需要.文章以某公司着眼于安全风险智能管控、安全信息自动处理为目标,针对安全管理的难点和痛点,分析了通过"互联网+",实现现场账物合一、全程留痕、票证流程化、智能监督现场作业、引导式智能巡检、承包商智慧管理等应用场景,将数字化、信息化与管理手段进行有机融合,为企业安全生产、运行、维护提供强有力的信息化平台支持,降低现场作业风险,实现对安全管理全方位、全过程管控提供保障.
Abstract
The chemical industry has the characteristics of high risk industry and wide social influence,in order to meet the increasingly strict safety supervision of the chemical industry and the need of enterprises to pursue intrinsic safety.Aiming at a company focusing on intelligent control of security risks and automatic processing of security information,this paper analyzes application scenarios such as integrating on-site accounts and objects,leaving marks throughout the process,ticket processing,intelligent supervision of on-site operations,guided intelligent inspection,and intelligent contractor management through"internet +",aiming at the difficulties and pain points of security management.The organic integration of digitization,informatization and management means provides a strong information platform support for enterprise safety production,operation and maintenance,reduces the risk of on-site operations,and provides guarantee for all-round safety management and whole-process control.
