摘要
在国际海洋石油工程领域,工程船舶海上施工普遍采用总监负责制,即工程船舶总监制.国内企业在实施国际化总监制时仍面临一些挑战,文章着眼于海洋工程船舶施工基层管理,以海洋石油工程股份有限公司(简称"海油工程")为例,通过与国际行业工程船舶总监制发展现状的对比,阐述目前本企业在此方面的不足.结合企业实践和国际需求,深入分析原因,并探讨总监制的发展对策.
Abstract
In the field of international offshore oil engineering,the superintendent responsibility system is generally adopted in offshore construction of engineering ships,that is,the superintendent responsibility system.Domestic enterprises still face some challenges in implementing an internationalized chief engineer system.This paper focuses on the basic management of offshore engineering ship construction,taking China Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"COOEC")as an example.Through the comparison with the development status of the superintendent responsibility system of engineering ships in the international industry,the shortcomings of the enterprise in this aspect are expounded.Combined with the practice of enterprises and international needs,in-depth analysis of the reasons,and explore the development countermeasures of superintendent responsibility system.
