摘要
移动式压力容器是在石油、化工、燃气等领域广泛应用的特种设备.通过对宁夏某地区 18 家移动式压力容器充装单位的调查,发现存在人员管理不善、场所安全设施不完备、记录管理不规范等问题.为了提高充装单位的安全管理水平,提出了建立完善的管理体系方案,包括人员管理制度、场所安全规定、记录管理制度以及监督与处罚规定.这一综合性的管理体系旨在解决当前充装单位存在的问题,以期提高其安全管理水平,为整个行业的可持续发展提供有力的支持.
Abstract
Mobile pressure vessels are widely used in special equipment in fields such as petroleum,chemicals,and gas.Through an investigation of 18 mobile pressure vessel filling units in a certain area of Ningxia,it was found that there were problems such as poor personnel management,inadequate site safety facilities,and irregular record management.In order to improve the safety management level of the filling units,a comprehensive management system including personnel management regulations,site safety regulations,record management regulations,and supervision and punishment regulations was proposed.This comprehensive management system aims to solve the current problems of the filling units,improve their safety management level,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the entire industry.
