Abstract
The application of electronic records management in petrochemical engineering has significantly improved the efficiency and safety of project management,and has the advantages of strengthening information traceability,supporting sustainable development,environmental protection and economic benefits.Despite the lack of unified standards in the implementation process,data security and privacy protection issues,system compatibility and personnel professional level challenges,but through the formulation of norms,building a safe management system and improving personnel literacy and other strategies,electronic file management can ensure that the effective support of enterprise decision-making and operation,enhance the core competitiveness.
