摘要
海洋石油工程起重船变幅钢丝绳作为船舶起重机主要的受力构件,使用工况及环境较为特殊,为延长钢丝绳寿命及安全运营,对起重船的变幅钢丝绳进行预防性维护和安全性检测非常重要.文章阐述了国内外目前较为先进的无损检测技术及设备现状,剖析了在具体应用环节存在的问题,并提出了起重机变幅钢丝绳有效、准确检测的技术措施.
Abstract
As the main load-bearing component of ship cranes,the variable amplitude steel wire rope of the crane vessel has special operating conditions and environments.In order to extend the service life and safe operation of the steel wire rope,preventive maintenance and safety testing of the variable amplitude steel wire rope of the crane vessel are very important.This paper discusses the current advanced non-destructive testing technology and equipment,which are important means for effective and accurate detection of crane variable amplitude steel wire ropes.
