Analysis of Environmental Protection Management in the Whole Process of Overhaul in Petrochemical Enterprises
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection of the people,the environmental requirements of their own living and activity areas are becoming higher and higher,forcing petrochemical enterprises to strengthen environmental protection.In particular,some petrochemical enterprises should take the initiative to strengthen environmental protection work when carrying out major overhaul work,and put forward higher requirements for environmental protection management during overhaul,from establishing major overhaul organizations,strengthening environmental protection responsibility systems,to refining the"three wastes"emission requirements,compliance disposal and standard emissions,which are not only the requirements of environmental protection management programs,but also need to be implemented on-site during the whole process of major overhaul.In order to truly achieve the overall environmental protection goal of"oil does not fall,gas does not go to heaven,taste does not produce,sound does not disturb the people,and water does not exceed the standard"in the major overhaul work of petrochemical enterprises.
