基于MRMR-LR的锡冶炼过程综合能耗分析

随着现代化工业进程的加快推进,高能耗的生产过程已不适应行业与国家的发展要求.在双碳目标的持续推进背景下,有色金属行业已被列为节能减排重点对象,发展低能耗的生产过程成为必经之路.文章根据MRMR-LR算法从锡生产过程中选取 9 个关键因素,构建回归模型分析能耗因素对锡生产过程综合能耗的影响.以国内某锡冶炼厂为例,验证分析结果显示,7 个关键因素与综合能耗呈正相关关系,另外两个关键因素与综合能耗呈负相关关系.基于研究结果,从锡冶炼过程中的焙烧、奥炉熔炼、锡的精炼三个方面提出节能建议.
Comprehensive Energy Consumption Analysis of Tin Smelting Process Based on MRMR-LR
With the acceleration of the process of modern industry,the production process of high energy consumption has not adapted to the development requirements of the industry and the country.In the context of the continuous promotion of the dual carbon goal,the non-ferrous metal industry has been listed as a key object of energy conservation and emission reduction,and the development of low-energy production process has become the only way.Based on MRMR-LR algorithm,nine key factors were selected from tin production process,and a regression model was established to analyze the influence of energy consumption factors on the comprehensive energy consumption in tin production process.Taking a domestic tin smelter as an example,the verification and analysis results show that seven key factors are positively correlated with comprehensive energy consumption,and the other two key factors are negatively correlated with comprehensive energy consumption.Based on the research results,energy-saving suggestions are put forward from three aspects:roasting,smelting and refining in tin smelting process.
