摘要

依据多年处置电镀行业火灾扑救的实战经验,文章通过火灾后的复盘总结及走访座谈等形式,深入多家相关企业开展调查研究.从电镀生产企业的工艺流程、使用原料、整流逆变设备、工艺温控系统、危险品库等重点风险部位以及厂房建筑性质等角度,剖析了电镀行业的火灾危险性和特点.从实战应用需求出发,提出了灭火救援处置对策建议.

Abstract

Based on years of practical experience in fighting fires in the electroplating industry,this paper conducts in-depth investigations and studies in multiple related enterprises through post-fire review summaries,interviews,and discussions.It analyzes the fire hazards and characteristics of the electroplating industry from various perspectives,including the production process,raw materials used,rectification and inversion equipment,process temperature control systems,hazardous materials storage,and the nature of the plant buildings.From the perspective of practical application needs,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for fire fighting and rescue.
