摘要
为快速安全地解决某油气田过程控制系统故障,文章深入分析了过程控制系统常用的故障处理方法的原理及其特点,提出了一种油气田过程控制系统故障快速处理方法.依据层次分析法原理将过程控制系统分层处理,分析系统各分层间联系的关键识别参数及指标,并以此排查各分层是否存在故障.明确分层内部系统对象的逻辑联系,对子分层可疑故障点进行编号,依据负反馈原理,选用相应的排障方法、工具、参数及指标排查故障点.引入二分算法对所有疑似故障点进行折半搜索,从而快速锁定并排除故障.实践应用表明,这种油气田过程控制系统故障快速处理方法具有清晰、快速和准确的特点,显著提升了故障处理的效率和准确性.
Abstract
In order to quickly and safely resolve faults in a certain oil and gas field process control system,the principles and characteristics of commonly used fault handling methods for process control systems were analyzed,and a fast fault handling method for oil and gas field process control systems was proposed.According to the principle of analytical hierarchy process,the process control system is layered and analyzed to identify key identification parameters and indicators between each layer,and to investigate whether there are faults in each layer.Find out the logical connections of hierarchical internal system objects,number suspicious fault points in the hierarchy,and use corresponding troubleshooting methods,tools,and parameter indicators to find fault points based on the principle of negative feedback.The binary algorithm is introduced to perform binary search on all suspected fault points,thereby quickly locating and eliminating the faults.The practical results show that the rapid fault handling method for oil and gas field process control systems is clear,fast,and accurate,significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of fault handling.
