文章通过分析二氧化碳介质对金属腐蚀的影响机制、评估温度压力及材料性质对腐蚀速率的影响、并提出涂层构建、合金设计及表面处理等有效防护对策.研究发现,二氧化碳可促进金属电化学及气相腐蚀;腐蚀程度与温度、压力及材料稳定性密切相关;而保护层构建可有效减缓腐蚀速率.因此,正确理解腐蚀机制并采取针对性防护措施,可显著提高金属抗腐蚀性,保证相关装置的长期稳定运行.
Corrosion Mechanism and Influencing Factors of Metal Materials in Carbon Dioxide Reactor
This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of carbon dioxide medium on metal corrosion,assessing the impact of temperature pressure and the nature of material properties on the corrosion rate,and proposing effective protection countermeasures such as coating construction,alloy design and surface treatment.Studies have found that carbon dioxide can promote metal electrochemical and gas phase corrosion;the degree of corrosion is closely related to temperature,pressure and material stability;and the protection layer can effectively slow down the corrosion rate.Therefore,the correct understanding of the corrosion mechanism and adopting targeted protection measures can significantly improve the metal corrosion resistance and ensure the long-term stable operation of the related device.
