摘要
文章从成品油销售企业防范化解重大安全风险、预防生产安全事故发生的角度出发,从两个方面阐述了当前新形势下加强油库HSE教育培训的重要意义,系统分析了目前油库HSE教育培训工作现状及存在的问题,详细介绍了中国石油湖北销售公司油库HSE教育培训的经验做法,最后研究提出进一步加强油库员工HSE教育培训的方法路径.
Abstract
This article starts from the perspective of preventing and resolving major safety risks and preventing production safety accidents in oil sales enterprises.It elaborates on the importance of strengthening HSE education and training in oil depots under the current new situation from two aspects.It systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of HSE education and training in oil depots,and introduces in detail the experience and practices of Petrochina Hubei Marketing Company's oil depot HSE education and training.Finally,it studies and proposes methods and paths to further strengthen HSE education and training for oil depot employees.
