摘要
隐患排查管理机制作为双重预防机制中的重要一环,具有十分重要的现实意义.因此,文章主要研究了隐患管理办法——CAPD,将隐患排查内容进行分类分析,找出重复项和重点项,并利用"5W1H"制定管控措施,通过培训推动措施落实、管理部门跟踪落实的方法在车间运行后发现,CAPD隐患排查治理管理机制可以有效地实现隐患排查治理.
Abstract
As an important part of the dual prevention mechanism,the hidden danger investigation and management mechanism has very important practical significance.Therefore,the article mainly studies the hidden danger management method——CAPD.It classifies and analyzes the content of hidden danger investigation,identifies duplicates and key items,and uses"5W1H"to develop control measures.Through the method of training to promote the implementation of measures and the management department tracks the implementation,after operation in the workshop,the CAPD hidden danger investigation and governance management mechanism can effectively achieve hidden danger investigation and governance.
