摘要
LNG储罐桩基工程作为项目关键路径的首要环节,如果完工滞后将直接影响土建、安装施工,造成工程延期,所以桩基工程的进度管理至关重要.文章从EPC总包管理层面,介绍桩基工程施工准备及施工阶段进度管理策略与方法,并以浙江某LNG项目为例,利用"5M1E"方法分析影响桩基施工进度的主要因素并提出管理方法,旨在为后续项目总包方桩基工程进度管理提供参考.
Abstract
As the first part of the critical path of the project,the completion time of LNG storage tank pile foundation project directly affects the civil construction and installation construction,causing the delay of works,so the progress management of the pile foundation project is of vital importance.This paper introduces the progress management strategies and methods in the preparation and construction phase of the pile foundation project,and takes an LNG project in Zhejiang as an example to analyze the main factors affecting the progress of the pile foundation construction as well as the management methods by using the"5M1E"method,which is aimed at providing references for the progress management of the pile foundation project of the subsequent project for general contractor.
