Application of Felt Leadership in Chemical Safety Management
Felt leadership as a people-oriented leadership approach,emphasizes the care,attention and support of leaders towards employees,which can effectively stimulate employee's enthusiasm and creativity.This article explores the application and effectiveness evaluation of felt leadership in chemical enterprises.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of felt leadership were introduced,and then the implementation process of felt leadership in chemical enterprises was elaborated in detail,including establishing a safety culture,enhancing employee's participation and establishing effective communication mechanisms.Finally,the implementation effect was evaluated and the future development direction was prospected.Through this study,it can be found that felt leadership can effectively stimulate employees'enthusiasm and creativity in chemical enterprises,and improve the level of safety production.
