摘要
化工企业应根据《中华人民共和国土壤污染防治法》规定,制定、实施土壤和地下水自行监测方案,将监测数据报生态环境主管部门,并对监测数据的真实性和准确性负责.文章在对企业土壤和地下水自行监测工作调研的基础上,对在自行监测实施过程中出现的典型问题进行汇总分析,并探讨了化工企业土壤和地下水自行监测工作的要点,为在产企业及相关从业单位开展土壤和地下水自行监测工作提供借鉴,不断提升企业自身的污染防治管理能力.
Abstract
Chemical enterprises shall formulate and implement soil and groundwater self-monitoring plans in accordance with the requirements of the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China,report the monitoring data to the competent department of the ecological environment,and be responsible for monitoring the authenticity and accuracy of the monitoring data.Based on the research on the soil and groundwater self-monitoring work in chemical enterprises,this article summarizes and analyzes the typical problems during the implementation of self-monitoring,discusses the key points of self-monitoring work of soil and groundwater in chemical enterprises,and provides reference for in-production enterprises and related practitioners to carry out self-monitoring of soil and groundwater,so as to continuously improve their own pollution prevention and control management capabilities.
