摘要
石油化工产业的发展对我国经济的稳定增长具有重要影响,同时石油化工产业发展水平也成为衡量国家工业化发展程度的重要标尺.中国对于石油化工产业的发展给予了高度重视,其中石油运输过程中因受环境因素影响较大,对石油运输管线的质量提出了更高的要求,不断提升运输管线安装技术和质量是保障石油化工产业健康发展的关键.基于此,文章对海洋石油平台工艺管线安装进行了简要的概述,并分析了管线安装现状,进而具体探讨了管线安装技术及质量控制措施.
Abstract
The development of the petrochemical industry has a significant impact on the stable growth of China's economy,and the development level of the petrochemical industry has also become an important yardstick to measure the country's industrialization level.China attaches great importance to the development of the petrochemical industry.Due to the great impact of environmental factors in the process of oil transportation,higher requirements are put forward for the quality of oil transportation pipelines.Continuously improving the installation technology and quality of transportation pipelines is the key to ensuring the healthy development of the petrochemical industry.Based on this,the article provides a brief overview of the installation of process pipelines on offshore oil platforms,analyzes the current status of pipeline installation,and then specifically explores pipeline installation technology and quality control measures.
