钽铌矿浮选分离关键技术改进及工艺优化

Improvement of Key Technology and Process Optimization of Tantalum-Niobium Ore Flotation Separation
This paper systematically studies the physical and chemical properties of tantalum-niobium ore and its influence on the flotation separation process,and deeply analyzes the existing flotation separation technology,and points out its main technical methods,application and shortcomings.Based on this,the improvement measures of key flotation technology of tantalum-niobium ore are proposed,including improving ore abrasiveness,optimization of flotation agent and application of efficient attachment and separation device.Further,the paper discusses the optimization path of process flow,equipment and conventional parameters.
