Research and Application of New Downhole Anti Scaling Agent in A High-temperature Oilfield in Bohai
Incompatible water injection in a high-temperature oilfield in Bohai may cause scaling of the injection well and stratum,as well as scaling of the oil well.Therefore,a high-temperature anti scaling agent(YFFZ-806)has been developed specifically,which is a low molecular weight polymer and can be used as an anti scaling agent for calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,etc.The evaluation results show that the anti scaling rate can exceed 90%under the condition of 130℃with a dosage of 250 mg/L.The on-site test results show that the calcium ion concentration in the production fluid of B42 well has significantly increased after adding medication,and the anti scaling rate can stably reach over 90%,which can effectively slow down the scaling of the B42 well pipeline,and long-term injection is recommended.
