摘要
工业锅炉作为现代工业中重要的能源设备之一,扮演着至关重要的角色,数字化设计和数字孪生是智能制造领域中的关键技术之一,因此文章旨在综述工业锅炉数字化设计和数字孪生的研究进展和应用前景.数字孪生技术可以实时监测和分析工业锅炉的运行情况,提供设备状态的即时反馈.同时,数字孪生还能够进行设备的故障诊断和预测,提前采取维修和保养措施,从而减少停机时间和维修成本.综上所述,工业锅炉数字化设计和数字孪生是智能制造领域中的重要研究方向,文章通过综述相关研究进展和应用前景,旨在促进工业锅炉数字化设计和数字孪生技术的应用和发展,为提高工业锅炉的性能和效率作出贡献.
Abstract
As one of the important energy equipment in modern industry,the industrial boiler plays a crucial role.Digital design and digital twin are one of the key technologies in the field of intelligent manufacturing.Therefore,this paper aims to review the research progress and application prospect of digital design and digital twin of industrial boilers.Digital twin technology can monitor and analyze the operation of industrial boilers in real time,providing immediate feedback on the status of equipment.At the same time,the digital twin can also diagnose and predict equipment failure,and take repair and maintenance measures in advance,thereby reducing downtime and repair costs.In summary,the digital design and digital twin of industrial boilers are important research directions in the field of intelligent manufacturing.By reviewing the related research progress and application prospects,this paper aims to promote the application and development of digital design and digital twin technology of industrial boilers,and contributes to improving the performance and efficiency of industrial boilers.
