摘要
文章从工业 4.0 的角度探讨了工业自动化领域中可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)系统的优化方法.通过综合考虑硬件升级、软件编程、通信协议和用户界面改进,文章提出了一系列旨在提高PLC系统效率和可靠性的策略.此外,还强调了OT系统中风险源在系统优化中的重要性以及相应的风险源预防措施.
Abstract
This article explores the optimization methods of programmable logic controller(programmable logic controller,PLC)systems in the field of industrial automation from the perspective of Industry 4.0.By comprehensively considering hardware upgrades,software programming,communication protocols and user interface improvements,this article proposes a series of strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of PLC systems.In addition,the importance of risk sources in OT system optimization and corresponding risk source prevention measures were emphasized.
