摘要
通过分析近年来高校实验室安全管理与环保的现状,危化品信息化管理的重要性日益凸显,因此设计了一种适用于高校实验室的危化品智能专用柜及管理系统,其中包括柜体外观及内部结构设计、废弃物收集装置及回收系统设计、智能柜体管理系统的设计.智能管理系统创新性地与实验室安全教育考试系统相连进行严格的身份审核、权限验证,实现了对危化品的分类存储、使用及其废弃物的环保处理等流程的全方位动态管理和实时监测.
Abstract
The paper analyzed the safety management and environmental protection status of the university laboratories in recent years,finds out the increasing importance of informatization management of hazardous chemicals,and designs a intelligent special cabinet and management system for hazardous chemicals in university laboratories.It includes the design of the cabinet appearance and internal structure,the design of the hazardous waste collection device and recycling system,the design of the intelligent cabinet management system.The intelligent management system innovatively connects with the laboratory safety education examination system for strict identity verification and permission,and achieves comprehensive dynamic management and real-time monitoring of the classification,storage and use of hazardous chemicals,and environmental protection treatment of waste.
