Research on Safety Control of Offshore Petroleum Engineering Projects Based on Dual Prevention Mechanism
Offshore petroleum engineering projects usually have the characteristics of large system, complex operation type and equipment, intensive on-site operation personnel, many dangerous and harmful factors, and easy to happen accidents, etc. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the project and prevent production safety accidents, this paper takes Lyuda 5-2 North oilfield phase Ⅱ development project as an example to rectify the safety problems existing in the project operation through risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and treatment. The results show that the dual prevention mechanism can effectively avoid the occurrence of production safety accidents during the project operation and ensure the safe delivery of the project. It provides reference for the safety control of similar projects.
