Research on Quantitative Risk Assessment Method for Deepwater Gas Wells Leakage
Deepwater gas wells leakage is an important safety problem in oil and gas exploration and development. With the increase of production time, the risk of leakage is increasing day by day, which may cause serious consequences. Therefore, based on fault tree and risk matrix method, this paper constructs a quantitative risk assessment method for deepwater gas well leakage, and takes a deepwater gas well in the South China Sea as an example, the research shows that the well has a high probability of leakage, and the consequences of leakage are general, the risk level is 8,and it belongs to class C3 well.It should strengthen monitoring or take control measures to prevent and reduce the risk. This method can effectively assess the risk level of deepwater gas well leakage and provide decision support for offshore oil and gas exploration and development.
