Research and Countermeasures for Heat Transfer Efficiency Reduction of High-pressure Heat Exchangers in Wax Oil Hydrogenation Units
The heat transfer efficiency of the high-pressure heat exchanger in the wax oil hydrocracking unit of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.continues to decrease,especially in E101,E103,E104 and E106.Due to the heat transfer efficiency reduction of the high-pressure heat exchanger,the load of the reaction feed heating furnace was increase,making it difficult to increase the reaction inlet temperature,resulting in the inability to increase the processing capacity of the device,and affecting the material balance of the entire plant.By conducting research,on-site technical analysis,various aspects of the discussion and other technical service measures,the reasons for the decrease in heat transfer efficiency of high-pressure heat exchangers and the measures that can be taken were analyzed,to extend the operating cycle of the unit and ensure the safe and stable operation of the wax oil hydrocracking unit.
