立德树人引领创新创业教育的研究

在完善创新创业教育理论的过程中,团队发现一系列问题。立德树人的思想对培养具备社会责任感和使命感的创新创业者有积极作用,可以解决这个复杂领域中存在的矛盾与冲突。文章将多维度"思创融合"人才培养方式运用在创新创业的教学和实施中,构建多平台"立德树人"引领创新创业培养模式,将立德树人嵌入创新创业教学,打造"立德树人"创新创业校园环境。在宏观的社会大教育中,这些全新模式被运用于高等院校开设的新工科课程,并结合多元化的教学手段,大幅度增加信息传递量,紧密联系前沿发展,为学生提供全新体验,并提高他们的积极性和感性认知水平,在全方面培养能力、践行所学知识方面为他们提供了一个优良且有保障的平台。
Study on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Led by Fostering Character and Civic Virtue
During the process of enhancing the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education,a series of issues have been identified.The incorporation of virtue cultivation and character development has demonstrated a positive impact on nurturing innovative entrepreneurs with a strong sense of social responsibility and mission,effectively addressing the complexities within this field.This study integrates the hierarchical training approach known as"integration of ideology,politics and innovation"into both the curriculum and practical aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education,establishing a multi-platform"fostering character and civic virtue"model that guides entrepreneurial training.By infusing virtue cultivation into innovation and entrepreneurship education,it fosters a campus environment conducive to virtuous behavior in entrepreneurial endeavors.At the macro level of social education,these novel models are implemented in new engineering courses offered by universities,combined with diverse teaching methods to significantly enhance information dissemination while closely aligning with cutting-edge developments.This provides students with fresh experiences that elevate their enthusiasm levels and perceptual cognitive abilities,offering them an exceptional platform for comprehensive skill development and knowledge application.
