Practice of the Reform of"3+1"Order-based Talent Cultivation Mode to Serve the Development of Xinjiang Energy and Chemical Industry
To build an energy power,talent and science and technology is a crucial link[1].As a region with outstanding energy resource endowment in China,Xinjiang can't transform its rich energy potential into strong kinetic energy for development without high-level applied talents who understand the process,understand the equipment,have teamwork consciousness,innovation spirit and are rooted in the frontier.Based on the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,Xinjiang Polytechnic Institute has taken energy chemical engineering and process equipment and control engineering as pilot projects to carry out the reform and practice of"3+1"order-type talent cultivation mode in collaboration with schools and enterprises.After three years of empirical research and practical testing,it has realised the all-round cultivation of students'innovation and practice ability,engineering literacy and teamwork spirit,and the satisfaction of students and employers has been improving,while the proportion of students employed in the energy and chemical industry has also increased significantly.The"3+1"order-type talent cultivation model for the development of the energy and chemical industries in Xinjiang can help to promote the cultivation of innovative,engineering and high-level applied talents,thus realising industrial upgrading and development.
