电石炉尾气净化系统的研究与应用

结合实际生产来看,电石在生产期间会产生大量尾气,这部分尾气温度高、热值高、含量复杂且风量高,以CO为电石炉尾气最主要成分.受CO富含量因素影响,导致电石炉尾气被大量应用于上游石灰生产,以及乙二醇、二甲醚等生产中.但需要注意的是,密闭式电石炉生产期间尾气异常排放会导致环境污染问题产生,考虑现尾气净化系统工艺方案的局限性与问题,需要尝试对电石炉尾气净化系统进行改进与优化,以确保尾气处理效果满足生产所需,达到设计要求,实现生产闭环以及稳定控制.因此,文章尝试对电石炉尾气净化系统展开分析与阐述,在对电石炉尾气净化工艺技术现状进行分析的基础之上,对尾气净化系统改良方案进行研究,结合实例分析证实尾气净化系统优化方案的实施效果,取得确切结论.
Research and Application of Calcium Carbide Furnace Tail Gas Purification System
Based on actual production,a large amount of tail gas is generated during the production of calcium carbide.This part of the tail gas has high temperature,high calorific value,complex content,and high air volume,with CO as the main component of the tail gas from the calcium carbide furnace.Due to the influence of CO rich content factors,the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace is widely used in upstream lime production,as well as in the production of ethylene glycol,dimethyl ether,and other products.However,it should be noted that abnormal exhaust emissions during the production of sealed calcium carbide furnaces can lead to environmental pollution issues.Considering the limitations and problems of the current exhaust purification system process plan,it is necessary to try to improve and optimize the exhaust purification system of the calcium carbide furnace to ensure that the exhaust treatment effect meets production needs,meets design requirements,achieves closed-loop production and stable control.Therefore,this article attempts to analyze and elaborate on the tail gas purification system of the calcium carbide furnace.Based on the analysis of the current status of the tail gas purification technology of the calcium carbide furnace,the improvement plan of the tail gas purification system is studied,and the implementation effect of the optimization plan of the tail gas purification system is confirmed through case analysis,and accurate conclusions are obtained.
