当前,化工自动化控制系统建设成本高、可扩展性差,数据传输类型单一,缺乏异常事件预警、远程诊断、参数设定等"智慧化工"必需的通讯功能.为解决上述问题,文章提出在化工自动化控制系统中应用IO-Link技术,介绍了IO-Link的架构、特点及其独特优势,在此基础上分别从化工自动化系统底层装置、GDS等化工自动化控制系统设计等方面探讨了IO-Link技术在化工自动控制系统中的应用场景及存在的问题,为"智慧化工"企业的建设提供借鉴与参考.
Application of IO-Link Technology in Chemical Automation Control Systems
Currently,the construction cost of chemical automation control systems is high,their scalability is poor,their data transmission types are single,and they lack the necessary communication functions for"smart chemical"such as abnormal event warning,remote diagnosis,and parameter setting.To address the above issues,this article proposes the application of IO-Link technology in chemical automation control systems,and introduces the architecture,characteristics,and unique advantages of IO-Link were introduced.Based on this,the application scenarios and existing problems of IO-Link technology in chemical automation control systems were discussed from the aspects of the underlying devices of chemical automation systems,GDS,and other chemical automation control system designs,providing reference and reference for the construction of"smart chemical"enterprises.
