Discussion on Monitoring Technology for High-pressure Pipelines in Hydrocracking
The stainless steel material used in the hydrocracking process pipeline is TP347,which is prone to intergranular corrosion and hydrogen induced cracking under high temperature, pressure and stress. In order to timely detect such problems, this article conducts research on existing pipeline monitoring technologies such as ultrasonic guided waves, acoustic emission, and distributed fiber optic temperature measurement, and explores the feasibility of infrared thermal imaging monitoring technology. And on-site verification of the reliability of infrared thermal imaging monitoring technology provides important support for automatic diagnosis and prediction of pipeline faults.
