摘要

石油作为重要的能源材料被人们开发利用,带来了便利与效益的同时也带来了污染.传统的处理石油烃污染物多为物理和化学方法大多存在成本高效率低等局限性.而微生物降解石油烃类技术凭借绿色环保,无二次污染的特点,成为目前治理石油烃类污染物的最佳方案之一.文章从生物修复技术与复合菌种协同降解的设计角度,对石油烃类的危害、代谢机理、影响因素进行了梳理总结并阐述了复合菌种在降解过程中的优势,以及研究进展,为进一步优化提升微生物降解技术在修复降解石油烃类污染物的相关领域提供参考.

Abstract

As an important energy material,petroleum has been developed and utilized by people,which brings convenience and benefits as well as pollution.Traditional treatment of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants are mostly physical and chemical methods,most of which have limitations such as low cost and high efficiency.Microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons technology has become one of the best solution for the treatment of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants by virtue of its green and environmentally friendly features without secondary pollution.In this paper,from the perspective of bioremediation technology and the design of composite strain synergistic degradation,the hazards of petroleum hydrocarbons,metabolic mechanisms,and influencing factors were sorted out to summarize and elaborate the advantages of composite strains in the process of degradation,as well as the progress of the research,in order to further optimize and enhance the microbial degradation technology in the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants in the field of degradation of the relevant areas to provide a reference.
