摘要
近年来,高校实验室火灾和爆炸等事故时有发生,其中是危险化学品引发的事故.当前,高校生物类实验室的化学试剂管理存在以下问题:首先,化学试剂使用种类多,数量大,其中包含大量的危险化学试剂;其次,有化学试剂无固定场所存放、无专人管理、缺乏管理制度等问题.因此,化学试剂的规范化管理是降低事故发生频率的主要措施之一.以学院或研究中心为单位建立试剂库,并安排专业人员进行化学试剂的统一采购、按需领取、废液减废回收,实现化学试剂闭环管理,则能够减少安全隐患,降低教学科研成本,控制废弃物污染环境、有效地保证师生员工的健康和国有财产的安全.
Abstract
In recent years,accidents such as fires and explosions have occurred frequently in university laboratories,including accidents caused by hazardous chemicals.At present,the management of chemical reagents in biological laboratories in universities has the following problem.Firstly,there are many types and quantities of chemical reagents used,including a large number of hazardous chemical reagents.Secondly,there are problems such as chemical reagents not being stored in fixed locations,not being managed by dedicated personnel,and lacking management systems.Therefore,standardized management of chemical reagents is the one of the main measure to reduce the frequency of accidents.Establishing a reagent bank based on a college or research center,and arranging professional personnel for unified procurement,on-demand collection,waste liquid reduction and recycling of chemical reagents,can achieve closed-loop management of chemical reagents,reduce safety hazards,lower teaching and research costs,control waste pollution of the environment,and effectively ensure the health of teachers,students,and employees,as well as the safety of state-owned property.
