摘要
利用QRA风险评价软件,通过建立相应的事故模拟模型,定量计算丙酮泄漏引起的蒸气云爆炸的事故后果以及事故后果的影响范围,辨识丙酮储罐的个人风险及社会风险,计算丙酮储罐的外部防护距离,判定厂区周边防护目标及外部防护距离是否满足,为丙酮使用企业外部防护距离的确定提供重要的参考依据.
Abstract
Using the QRA risk assessment software,a corresponding accident simulation model is established to quantitatively calculate the consequences and impact range of vapor cloud explosions caused by acetone leakage.Personal and social risks of acetone storage tanks are identified,and the external protection distance of acetone storage tanks is calculated to determine whether the surrounding protection targets and external protection distance of the factory area are met,provide important reference basis for determining the external protection distance of enterprises using acetone.
