输气站场设备风险分析及管理建议

摘要
输气站场是管网系统的重要组成部分,保证站场安全对维护管网安全、保障社会民生具有十分重要的意义.然而,站场内设备繁多,不同设备面临的主要风险存在较大差异,给站场管理造成不便.文章以输气站场为研究对象,结合GB/T 26610-2022 等相关标准,详细分析了站场内主要设备面临的风险、失效影响因素,并据此制定了站场设备管理流程,阐述了该流程各个步骤的管理内容和要点.
Abstract
The gas transmission station is an important part of the pipe network system.Ensuring the safety of the station is of great significance for maintaining the safety of the pipe network and ensuring the people's livelihood.However,there are a lot of equipment in the station,and the main risks faced by different equipment are quite different,which causes inconvenience to the station management.In this paper,the gas transmission station is taken as the research object,and the risk and failure factors of the main equipment in the station are analyzed in detail in combination with the relevant standards such as GB/T 26610-2022.Based on this,the station equipment management process is formulated,and the management content and key points of each step of the process are expounded.The research results can provide reference for the management of station equipment.
