基于多维度实验室安全实时监管及应急系统设计与实现

文章分析了当前高校实验室安全管理中对各类不安全、不规范行为无法实时监管,应急处置不适当、不及时等难题,从监控、各类探测器及智能设备等多维度提出实验室安全实时监管系统,以便通过现场监测等方式及时纠正违反操作规定的行为.通过智能化设施建立自动预警体系,清晰掌握实验环境及电路的安全状态,达到将安全隐患杜绝于萌芽状态,为采取最优应对措施提供信息支撑,减少财产损失和不良影响.该系统不仅能够提高实验室的安全性,而且有力促进了安全教育效果,同时对实验室安全预警及应急处置提供了信息支撑平台.
Construction and Practice of Real-time Supervision and Emergency Mechanism Based on Multidimensional Laboratory Safety
This paper analyzes the difficulties in the current laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,such as the inability to monitor all kinds of unsafe and non-standard behaviors on time,and the inappropriate and untimely emergency treatment.The laboratory safety real-time supervision system is put forward from the aspects of monitoring,various detectors and intelligent equipment,in order to correct the behaviors violating the operation regulations timely through on-site monitoring and other ways.Automatic warning system is established through intelligent facilities to clearly grasp the safety state of experimental environment and circuit,so as to prevent safety hazards from beginning,provide information support for taking optimal countermeasures,and reduce property losses and negative effects caused by accidents.The system can not only improve the safety of the laboratory,but also effectively promote the effect of safety education.At the same time,it provides an information support platform for laboratory safety warning and emergency treatment.
