往复式压缩机试车期间故障分析及应对措施

往复式压缩机用于处理加氢装置的尾气,是加氢装置中的重要设备.针对该压缩机在试运行期间出现的阀片断裂、连杆小头衬套及管线振动大等故障,文章分析往复压缩机发生故障的原因及注意事项,并提出相应的解决方案.目前,整改后的压缩机已正常投用,连续运行至今未发生故障、管线振动值在标准以内.通过对往复压缩机的整改,解决了装置稳定运行重大安全隐患,并对同类设备试运行期间如何避免同类事故的发生,保证该机组长周期运行,提出了一些经验.
Fault Analysis and Countermeasures of Reciprocating Compressor During Commissioning
The reciprocating compressor is used to treat the tail gas of the hydrogenation unit and is an important equipment in the hydrogenation unit.In view of the faults of the compressor,such as the fracture of the gas valve,the overheating damage of the crosshead pin bearing bushing,and the large vibration of the pipeline during the trial run,this paper analyzes the causes and precautions of the faults of the reciprocating compressor,and puts forward corresponding solutions.At present,the compressor has been put into normal use and has been running continuously without any faults.The pipeline vibration value is within the standard.Through the rectification of the reciprocating compressor,significant safety hazards in the stable operation of the device have been solved,and some experience has been proposed on how to avoid similar accidents during the trial operation of similar equipment and ensure the long-term operation of the machine.
