摘要
危险废物焚烧装置产生的烟气中含大量的HCl、HF、NOx、SO2 等酸性气体需要进行烟气脱酸,湿法脱酸系统中冷却洗涤塔因材质的选择不同,对正常生产运行产生较大影响,文章对某公司湿法脱酸系统中洗涤冷却塔改造,使洗涤冷却塔预计使用寿命可从 4 个月提升至 8 年,并且使用寿命内不发生设备本体泄漏情况.
Abstract
the flue gas from hazardous waste incinerator contains a lot of acid gases such as HCl,HF,NOx,SO2 and so on,in this paper,the scrubbing cooling tower in the wet deacidification system of a company is reformed,so that the expected service life of the scrubbing cooling tower can be increased from 4 months to 8 years,and there is no leakage of the equipment body in the service life.
