Exploration and Research on Security Management Structure and Model of Private Enterprise Holding Groups
With the development of the national economy and the expansion of business,individual private enterprises have rapidly formed upstream and downstream industry chains and auxiliary industry chains,making the establishment of conglomerates a trend.The safety management function of conglomerates is the final firewall for major safety production decisions and risk prevention and control of industrial companies.The group's safety function,from the perspective of a professional third party,carries out information sharing on work safety,risk management and control,review of major risk plans,and safety audits for the internal safety controls of industrial companies.This is of great significance in reducing safety risks and improving the overall safety management level of the holding group.If enterprises want to become bigger and stronger,they will inevitably establish group companies.By studying and exploring the internal safety management structure and model of the holding group,we hope to provide references for the thinking,methods,and applications of safety management in the conglomeration of private enterprises.
