Application of Team Safety Management in Basic Level Management of Petroleum Refining and Chemical Enterprises
The basic team is an important component of the safe operation of the refinery,which undertakes the important tasks of daily production and operation,inspection and maintenance,etc.The emergence of a lean safety team can influence and drive the safety culture atmosphere of the entire department and even the entire enterprise,and play a role in reducing the risk of safe operation of the device and the purpose of reducing casualties and equipment losses.This paper studies the practical application of safety management in daily production activities to promote the improvement of basic safety management in enterprises.
