Research on the Path of"Three Reforms of Teaching,Textbooks and Teachers"in Chemical Engineering Majors under the Background of"Double High-levels Plan"
Driven by the"Double high-levels plan",colleges and majors have set higher standards for talent training quality,and the"three reforms of teaching,textbooks and teachers"reform is directly related to the quality of talent training.Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the existing problems of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods in chemical engineering majors,this paper proposes to take school-enterprise cooperation as the core orientation,highlight the importance of practical ability,improve the recruitment,training,title evaluation,and assessment mechanisms for teachers,and build a truly"double-qualified"teaching team.At the same time,taking the development of loose-leaf textbooks as the starting point,deepen the reform of teaching content and form,and enhance the applicability and flexibility of textbooks.Through the creation of a"three-have"classroom,innovate teaching methods to adapt to constantly changing academic situations.
