海上生化法污水处理系统改造设计

近年来,一些海上石油钻井平台大都采用生物化学法进行生活污水处理,处理水质达到IMO规定的标准排放.但在实际应用中,由于平台改造期间人数较多以及设备老化等原因,短期生活污水量超过生活污水处理装置的实际处理量,造成超标排放风险.针对这种情况,文章对某平台已运行了 7 年的生化法生活污水处理装置进行升级改造探索,通过增加前置生活污水三级缓冲罐、增加气爆和气提装置,将原配置的帘式过滤膜升级为板式膜,切实提高了生活污水系统排放水质的稳定性和达标水平.
Marine Biochemical Sewage Treatment System Renovation Design
In recent years,some offshore oil drilling platforms have mostly adopted biochemical methods to treat domestic sewage,and the treated water quality has reached the IMO standard discharge.However,in practical applications,due to the large number of people during the transformation of the platform and the aging of the equipment,the short-term domestic sewage volume exceeds the actual capacity of the domestic sewage treatment device,resulting in the risk of exceeding the standard discharge.In view of this situation,this paper explores the upgrading and renovation of the biochemical domestic sewage treatment device that has been running for 7 years on a platform.By adding a three-stage buffer tank for domestic sewage and adding an air explosion and air lifting device,the curtain filter membrane of the original configuration is upgraded to a plate membrane,which effectively improves the stability and standard level of the discharged water quality of the domestic sewage system.
