摘要

为解决燃煤电厂砖套筒排烟囱在湿法脱硫后,排放烟气中夹带的酸液对烟囱砖内筒的腐蚀,造成酸液渗漏,引发内筒坍塌的风险,因此需对该类型烟囱进行防腐改造.改造时,要进行砖内筒主体内壁宾高德防腐系统安装、伸缩缝防渗处理、酸液收集与排水系统和顶口防结冰系统的施工.文章结合防腐改造项目实例,介绍了一套砖套筒排烟囱的防腐技术工艺及施工方案.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the acid contained in the flue gas will corrod the inner tube of the brick after wet desulfurization,which will cause acid leakage and lead to the collapse of the inner tube,it is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion transformation of this type of chimney.During the renovation,it is necessary to install the PENNGUARD anti-corrosion system on the inner wall of the brick inner cylinder,anti-seepage treatment of the expansion joint,acid collection and drainage system and the construction of the anti-icing system at the chimney top.This paper introduces a set of anticorrosive technology and construction scheme of brick sleeve chimney based on the example of anticorrosive renovation project.
