Research on Disposal Technology of Oilfield Waste Drilling Fluid
With the rapid development of the industrial production process of oil drilling and production,the amount of waste drilling fluid in oilfield has increased year by year,and the waste drilling fluid in oilfield contains many toxic and harmful chemicals.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the disposal technology of oilfield waste drilling fluid,such as cost problems,environmental problems,etc.,and introduces the common disposal technology of oilfield waste drilling fluid,which mainly includes:reinjection technology,recycling technology,curing technology,biodegradation technology,backfill technology,drilling fluid conversion into cementing fluid technology and solid-liquid separation technology are pointed out the scope of application and limitations of various disposal technologies of waste drilling fluid,and the disposal technology of oilfield waste drilling fluid and the future research direction are proposed.Control should be carried out from the source,and research and development of treatment agents and technologies should be strengthened.Strengthen the exploration of efficient bacteria to realize the harmless disposal of waste drilling fluid.
