摘要

燃气工业在设计、置换、分输等环节需预先计算燃气管存,将管存快速、准确计算出来对指导现实工作具有重要意义.传统计算大都依靠原始手工进行,效率低下、计算繁琐且一线职工难以掌握,即使掌握了计算方法也难以在实际工作中便捷快速进行应用.文章立足于北京燃气集团天津南港外输管线实际工况进行分析,首先,利用现代计算机技术将传统管存计算方法编制成手机APP管存计算器,帮助所有工作人员都能够方便快捷地计算出管存;其次,对当前较为流行的计算机仿真模拟计算管存方法进行研究.最后,对手机APP管存计算法与计算机仿真模拟管存计算法进行对比,研究其各自特点,为一线职工及相关工作者提供便利的工具方法.

Abstract

Gas industry needs to calculate gas pipeline storage in advance in the design,replacement,distribution and so on.It is of great significance to calculate the pipeline storage quickly and accurately to guide the practical work.The traditional calculation mostly relies on the original manual,which is inefficient,complicated and difficult for front-line workers to master.Even if the calculation method is mastered,it is difficult to be easily and quickly applied in practical work.Based on the actual working conditions of Tianjin Nangang transmission pipeline of Beijing Gas Group,the paper analyzes the traditional storage calculation method into a mobile phone APP storage calculator by using modern computer technology to help all staff to calculate the storage conveniently and quickly.Secondly,the current more popular computer simulation computing method is studied.Finally,compare the mobile APP storage calculation method with the computer simulation storage calculation method,study their respective characteristics,and provide convenient tools and methods for front-line workers and related workers.
