摘要
半导体行业使用的化学品种类较多,大多属于有毒有害、易燃易爆的化学品,因此对化学品的安全管理要求也比较高.文章首先对半导体行业中化学品存在的安全隐患进行分析,提出了从化学品的采购、运输、储存、使用、废弃处置、应急处置等全周期过程来进行管理的相应对策,通过全周期的过程管理以降低安全事故的发生.
Abstract
There are many types of chemicals used in the semiconductor industry,most of which are toxic and harmful,flammable and explosive chemicals,so the safety management requirements for chemicals are also relatively high.This paper first analyzes the hidden safety risks of chemicals in the semiconductor industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for management from the whole-cycle process of chemical procurement,transportation,storage,use,waste disposal,emergency disposal,etc.,and reduces the occurrence of safety accidents through whole-cycle process management.
