With the increase in the number of offshore oil and gas Wells and the long production time,the number of failures such as string plugging,breakage and tool damage in oil and gas Wells is increasing,and some Wells need to optimize production capacity and adjust the injection and production pattern,so the oil and gas well workover projects are also increasing.Due to the safety risks such as aging equipment,limited working space,and unfixed operators in offshore oil and gas field workover operations,and some deficiencies in safety management,accidents often occur during operations.Based on the specific work experience,the paper summarized the lack of safety risk management in well workover operations in offshore oil and gas fields,and put forward relevant safety management countermeasures.
